At Kidora Kids, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The product must include all accessories, manuals, and tags

Non-Returnable Items

Used or damaged toys
Items without original packaging
Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Replacement

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share images/videos as proof for faster processing.

Return Shipping

Customers may need to bear the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrect.
In case of our error, we will cover the shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
