At Kidora Kids, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help
Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The product must include all accessories, manuals, and tags
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged toys
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Replacement
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please share images/videos as proof for faster processing.
Return Shipping
- Customers may need to bear the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- In case of our error, we will cover the shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
